We are looking for an Order Management Supervisor to lead our Order Management team and support the order fulfillment teams in our Distribution Centers.

How you'll contribute to deliver distinctive retail solutions.

As the Order Management Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a team of Order Management Coordinators and monitoring that all orders are being submitted timely and accurately. You will build partnerships across the operations teams to create production schedules for our Distribution Centers, develop strategies to meet our customers needs and expectations, and resolve challenges with production capacity, item discrepancies, product shortages, and shipping deadlines.

We need you to have at least 5 years of relevant work experience, previous experience coaching, leading, or mentoring a team in a fast-paced environment, comprehensive knowledge of the consumer product goods industrys concepts and principles, and the ability to proactively communicate across the organization.

The annual gross base salary range is $65,000 to $75,000. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidates qualifications, skills, and competencies.
