Senior Accounts Receivable and Revenue Assurance Accountant

Are you an experienced Accounts Receivable leader with a technological acumen and attention to detail looking to land at a company with substantial growth through both organic growth and acquisitions? SRP Companies, headquartered in Castle Rock, is growing its accounting staff and in need of experienced Accounts Receivable and Revenue accuracy accounting resource to lead our Accounts Receivable teams across the country. SRP is the number one manufacturer, distributor and merchandising servicer of general merchandise in convenience stores across the US and Canada.


  • Oversee the Accounts Receivable team of the company including:
  • Consistent, accurate recognition of revenue from consignment and Direct Store Distribution sales
  • Work closely with the IT team to ensure timely receipt and reporting of sales data for multiple different revenue streams
  • Manage the collections team to achieve timely collection of accounts receivable and drive DSO improvement
  • Collaborate with the inventory accounting team to ensure timely relief of cost of sales
  • Review and verify receivables cash flow forecasting Provide insight and updates on collections issues as they arise
  • Assist in a software implementation (rollout of Oracle R12 throughout the divisions and future acquisitions)
  • Oversee customer contract compliance Special projects as needed



  • Bachelor's degree in accounting preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience, with a focus on Accounts Receivable and Revenue Recognition
  • Strong Excel Skills
  • Public accounting experience a strong plus
  • Highly detail oriented and exceptional organization skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand and manage a high volume of transactions and remote team members in multiple locations.
