We are looking for a Administrative Assistant/Sales Support Manager in our Global Swibco Division.
Global Swibco is an industry leader in gift, souvenir, and novelty merchandise, specializing in personalized programs like key rings, magnets, shot glasses, ornaments and jewelry.
- Provides a variety of support services to improve sales productivity and increase sales revenue by ensuring that representatives have sales support material, such as flyers, catalogs, samples and any additional needs for road sales and gift shows.
- Maintain and update our company website
- Assist in product development of name programs.
- Manage service routes for name programs (non theme park)
- Hire and Manage Independent Contractor Service Personnel for Global Swibco
- Assist in opening new markets
- Maintain on-line retailers
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications Excel, Outlook, Word
- Possess organizational and professional communication skills verbal and written.
- Proven time management skills with the ability to work self-directed
- This position will be in our Orlando office
