For this role, we’ll look to you to:
• Organize meetings
• Greet office visitors & answer phones
• Support the executive administrative assistant, as needed
• Perform data entry and maintain files
• Distribute mail
• Arrange travel
• Maintain supplies and inventory

The gross hourly pay is $14.00 hourly.



  • Minimum of 1 year of work experience supporting managers, supervisors, and regular office staff
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Professional demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication skills
