The annual gross base salary range is $55,000 -$63,500. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.

How you’ll contribute to deliver distinctive retail solutions
For this role, we’ll look to you to lead, develop, and mentor a large team of route sales representatives to achieve high levels of performance and productivity in a team-oriented environment while helping to grow our revenue. We will need you to have a safety-first mindset, lead by example and ensure all SRP products are neatly displayed at our customer accounts. You will use your excellent communication and relationship building skills to manage performance goals, while coaching our route sales representatives to deliver top notch customer service. You will review and analyze sales performance, statistical data, and reports to identify areas for continuous improvement.
As an Area Sales Manager you will need to have at least three to five years of supervisory experience with progressive managerial responsibilities; be proficient with Microsoft Office; and possess excellent communication skills. Three to five years of sales management experience and direct store delivery (DSD) experience is preferred.
This position will require frequent travel with overnight stays in the region of Orlando, Florida.
Pay: $55,000 to $63,500/year
