Responsibilities:
Support and assist our Fiesta home office and outside sales staff with all needed customer service, incoming phone calls and follow through for our customers.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of customer service and order processing experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office with the ability to execute and manipulate documents in all programs
- Advanced Excel experience is ideal
- Will be detail oriented, focused, and able to follow through
- Have good listening and presentation skills
- Have excellent communication and customer service/phone sales skills
- Have high energy level for a fast-paced work environment
- Will be organized, detail oriented, focused, friendly, analytical, punctual, adaptable, and high energy
