Customer Service Representative – Remote with 25% Travel

For this role, we’ll look to you to:

  • Assist customers, answer questions, and send additional information to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Work with outside rep groups to enter and follow-up on orders, monitor growth and profitability.
  • Support our sales team and goals set by leadership.
  • Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty.
  • Follow-up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process.
  • Understand and demonstrate the products and services to customers.
  • Close sales with qualified leads to generate new business.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design team.

The gross base salary range is $40,000- $45,000. Plus excellent sales commissions. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.




  • One to three years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Experience with sales, tradeshows or events preferred.
  • Outstanding Excel and PowerPoint Skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail and organization skills.
  • Ability to travel 25% to tradeshows.
  • Ability to lift up to 35lbs and set up grids for tradeshow booths.
  • Ability to stand on feet for a full tradeshow day, up to 12 hours.
  • Frequent bending, lifting, and carrying.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.
