Customer Service Representative

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Promptly respond to incoming calls and respond appropriately to customer inquiries.
  • Serve customer by providing shipment, product and service information.
  • Resolve product or service problems by determining the cause of the problem and following up with solutions.
  • Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty.
  • This individual is highly motivated and is extremely organized.
  • Ability to work in an ever-changing and fast paced work environment.
  • Utilize and understand proprietary software.
  • Problem solving and team collaboration.
  • Maintain database accuracy.

The gross hourly range is $16.00- $18.00. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-2 years customer service experience
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with people at all levels.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, customer focused, and professional demeanor.
  • Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
  • Flexibility, and the ability to quickly adjust to impromptu changes.
  • Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.
  • The ability to listen, focus and resolve conflict.
