Duties:

Support and assist our Command Center with all needed customer service, incoming phone calls and follow through for our customers.  

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of customer service and order processing experience
  • A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office with the ability to execute and manipulate documents in all programs
  • Advanced Excel experience is ideal
  • Will be detail oriented, focused, and able to follow through
  • Have good listening and presentation skills
  • Have excellent communication and customer service/phone sales skills
  • Have high energy level for a fast-paced work environment
  • Will be organized, detail oriented, focused, friendly, analytical, punctual, adaptable, and high energy
