Platinum Level Service

In this crucial role, we'll look to you to develop and lead the strategic designing, planning, and implementation of compensation, benefits, and wellness programs for the entire company. You will identify opportunities to make our compensation processes streamlined and competitive in the marketplace to help us acquire and keep our talent. You'll be partnering with our finance team on the salary planning process to determine the best mix of promotional pay, merit and market pay adjustments, and to determine benchmarks for competitive pay structures across hourly and exempt roles. You'll use your analytical skills to lead the evaluation of positions, job classifications, job levels, salary ranges, and FLSA statuses to recommend revisions to existing practices. You'll be responsible for our health, welfare and retirement plan strategy and annual design, while analyzing our benefits offerings for usage, effectiveness, cost, and competitive trends.


We need you to have a minimum of 10 years of progressive work experience in compensation, along with at least 5 years of experience working directly with executives. You will have a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics, or equivalent experience. We need you to be collaborative, a hands-on leader, with the ability to influence in a fast-paced, growing company.

The annual gross base salary range is $110,000 - $155,000 on an annual basis. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies.
