Platinum Level Service
In this integral role, we'll look to you to develop the roadmap for the General Merchandise Category to ensure SRP has the right product portfolio to be competitive in all segments, categories, and sales channels. You will manage the end-to-end process for the development, design, and introduction of new products and services that meet our consumer and customer needs. You'll manage product lifecycles from concept to launch across all of our products and product lines to maximize sales, reduce shrink, and drive profitability while utilizing your analytical skills and influencing a continuous improvement mentality. You'll also manage core product and promotional planning and identify short and long-term consumer, shopper, market trends & product development initiatives. You'll use your collaboration skills to work with our with supply chain to conduct effective RFP processes that adheres to best practices and yields improvements in cost structure, consistent and on-time supply, with overall product assortment and quality, and vendor relationships.
We need you to have a minimum of 10 years of progressive work experience in product management or product development, in the consumer goods space. You will have at least bachelor's degree, preferably an MBA and have advanced knowledge of retail inventory metrics including merchandising, inventory turns, margins by category, promotional sales, and revenue lift. This position includes up to 25% travel and requires advanced leadership, communication, and technical savvy.

The annual gross base salary range is $100,000 - $135,000 on an annual basis. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies.
