The annual gross base salary range is $145,000 - $170,000. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies.
How you’ll contribute to deliver distinctive retail solutions
The Director of Project Manager is responsible for implementing a project management solution that automates communication to the stakeholders on changes, milestones, and roadblocks for all projects; driving continuous improvement in project management standards; developing and implementing business process practices aligned with strategic initiatives; overseeing the effective management of the technology intake process; and providing leadership, direction, technical assistance, and coaching on project specific tasks as well as individual professional development.
We need you to have a bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. You will need you be an excellent communicator and proactively manage and communicate across the organization to ensure on-time execution of projects.
Advanced computer skills and proficiency in MS Project and/or Asana; intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required. A PMP certification is highly preferred.
