A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A Fixture Installer-Retail Merchandiser
As a Fixture Installer Retail - Merchandiser you love that you aren't stuck at a desk all day but get to hit the road and experience different routes The ideal candidate will provide outstanding customer service and value to our customers. At customer locations, you install fixtures, complete store resets, and set up promotional materials. To keep everything organized, you conduct end of day reports on business transactions and notify management of any unresolved issues. You take pride in presenting our company professionally and enjoy the opportunity to travel and interact with a variety of people!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A Fixture Installer-Retail Merchandiser
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
- Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and bend, push, stoop, and kneel for extended periods of time
- Tech savvy (smartphone apps, Outlook, Excel, and Zoom)
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively Monday - Friday
One year of experience in merchandising, preferably in reset or new install projects in grocery, hardware, or c-store industries. Do you have a positive, can-do attitude? Are you an outgoing people person? Do you have excellent organizational skills and a dedication to accuracy? Are you attentive to detail? Can you effectively prioritize multiple tasks? Do you have great problem-solving and decision-making skills? Are you comfortable with air travel and weekly hotel stays? If so, you might just be perfect for this Route Relief Representative / Delivery Driver / Sales Representative / Merchandiser position!
This merchandising route relief position requires extensive overnight travel on Monday - Friday. You will consistently have weekends off!
May be asked to be flexible and stay through weekend on occasion. Bonus included for those stays.
