Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our Information Systems team and contribute to the ongoing development of our Unified Management Portal. This custom-built business logic platform integrates with multiple divisions and ERP systems—including Oracle E-Business Suite, mobile applications, and other enterprise tools—to support critical business functions such as routing, inventory management, and order processing. 

The ideal candidate will bring full-stack development experience, a strong grasp of enterprise data workflows, and a passion for building scalable, maintainable systems.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Kotlin(Java), PL/SQL and modern frameworks.
• Execute on both front-end (UI/UX) and back-end development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on modules such as routing, inventory replenishment, shrink tracking, and account setup.
• Optimize performance in high-volume processing environments.
• Manage deployments using Azure DevOps and Git repositories.
• Integrate with services hosted on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Monitor system performance and resolve production issues.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, provide level-of-effort estimates, and contribute to DevOps pipelines.

The gross annual salary range for this position is $130,000 - $145,000.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of full-stack development experience with a strong backend focus and UI development skills.
• Proficiency in Kotlin and PL/SQL.
• Deep understanding of Oracle database architecture and performance tuning.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably OCI or similar platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI/ML technologies.
• Python development experience.
