Position Summary:
The Graphic Designer responsible for developing print and digital catalogs and marketing materials for key accounts. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and work both independently as well as cooperatively with the design team to bring concepts to final presentation. Strong organization skills are needed to prioritize multiple projects at once.

Aerial Bouquets is a leading wholesale distributor of Balloons & Candy Gifts in the Supermarket sector.  Aerial Bouquets is a division of Strategic Retail Partners, an international leader of in-store merchandising solutions.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Create a wide range of projects and media, including catalog and marketing materials, for key accounts and prospects.
  • Create or enhance images of company product line, including photography, video and utilizing Photoshop software.
  • Proof catalogs, marketing material, and gift line component information.
  • Create eye-catching social media posts across multiple platforms. 
  • Design projects with minimal instruction.
  • Collaborate with Creative Manager to create candy gift line samples for existing and new prospecting accounts.
  • Work independently, as well as cooperatively with Creative Team and/or Creative Manager to bring designs from concept to final presentation.
  •  Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 4:30PM, Wednesdays onsite in Chesterfield, Missouri, or as needed for training and projects.

The annual gross base salary of $52,000–$55,000 annually.  This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position.  Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.

•    Minimum of three years of graphic design experience.
•    Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field preferred.
•    Strong portfolio demonstrating range in projects and creative thinking.
•    Strong understanding of typography, layout, digital/print production.
•    Intermediate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign), Photoshop, and Illustrator. Experience in photography is a plus.
