How you’ll contribute to deliver distinctive retail solutions

For this role, we’ll look to you to:

  • Coordinate and conduct our new hire onboarding and offboarding.
  • Provide onboarding support to managers, including facilitation of onboarding process and development of onboarding tools to support employees and leaders across all functions.
  • Ensure new hire information in HRIS system (Paycom) is accurate.
  • Accurately tracks sign-on and referral bonuses
  • Ensure human resource (electronic) files and records are maintained in accordance with legal requirements and company policies and procedures and filed timely.
  • Facilitate I-9 compliance for new hire employees.
  • Update HRIS systems with employee actions.
  • Assist employees with access to Paycom as well as check stubs, W2 requests, etc.
  • Respond to all employment verification requests.
  • Assist with administration and tracking of performance review process.
  • Assist employees with company benefits administration including qualifying events, temporary card requests, etc.
  • Prepare various reports as required.
  • Provide support and assistance for HR related initiatives.

This role will have a hybrid option.

The gross hourly salary range is $26.44 - $31.25. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position.  Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.

 

Experience/Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of one year of human resources support experience.
  • Minimum of one year of administrative experience.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to communicate with all levels of the organization in a professional, tactful and pleasant manner.
  • Ability to manage and maintain confidential and/or sensitive information
  • Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy with the ability to work without direct supervision of daily activities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Possess an innovative and growth mindset with the ability to think creatively about solutions and look for efficiencies.
  • HRIS experience and experience with Paycom strongly preferred.
  • Proficient with the use PCs and strong knowledge of software applications including but not limited to Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Teams.
