For this role, we’ll look to you to:

  • Assist with preparation for account meetings, including but not limited to gathering meeting materials, generating sales reports, shipping samples, and assisting with follow up.
  • Assist with catalog and program executions including but not limited to, creating excel spreadsheets, item set up in Microsoft GP system, generating customer order forms, and mailing out final catalogs.
  • Data entry & management of UPC Codes into the accounts system.
  • Monitor product lines and work closely with our customer care team to ensure sell through.
  • Run daily inventory and execute website updates with the Art Department.
  • Maintain marketing and merchandising calendars for accounts.
  • Research movies/trends/licenses/social media holidays for marketing & promotion purposes.
  • Assist with trade show preparations and set-up to include packing boxes, loading supplies, setting up displays, and tear down.
  • Handle supply PO processing and tracking.
  • Assist with sales prospecting by maintaining contact lists, sending mailings, and researching information on current prospective customers and documenting findings.

The gross hourly rate is $21.15.




  • Excels working in both a team environment and working independently.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task a must.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and follow through on projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft programs, especially Excel. Knowledge in Microsoft GP is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • Willing to travel on occasion.
  • Ability to lift to 30 pounds on occasion, walk, bend, and reach.
