Platinum Level Service

For this role, we’ll look to you to think strategically about our values and our brand and connect them with training and development materials. You’ll engage with the content development team to influence the training materials and programs delivered to our leaders while ensuring adult learning principles are incorporated. You will also be responsible for training and developing managers and leaders to enhance their own levels of performance and leadership. You will use your excellent facilitation and presentation skills to deliver high-value corporate training. You’ll also work cross-functionally to determine the development needs of our leaders and managers and ensure all training programs and curriculum are compliant with educational laws and regulations.

We need you to have a minimum of 3 years of work experience as a corporate trainer and a bachelor’s degree in business or similar discipline. You will have experience with Articulate 360, Camtasia, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator or a similar tool.

The annual gross base salary range is $65,000-$75,000. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position.  Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
