Logistics Assistant
Role Overview:
The logistic assistant for the Fiesta Toy division of Strategic Retail Partners supports purchasing, inventory, warehouse, and sales teams by managing inbound inventory, reporting, and documentation. This position is responsible for auditing inventory discrepancies, uploading U.S. Customs testing reports, and providing visibility into incoming supply.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Upload testing reports for inbound based on US Customs requirements
- Audit and correct inventory discrepancies between vendor and warehouse receiving team
- Liaison between incoming supply and sales team reporting and visibility
- Provide support to purchasing, inventory, and warehouse operations teams

The gross base hourly rate is $30.
- Two years of experience with purchase order systems (ERP)
- Intermediate in skills - xlookup, pivot tables, basic formula
- Familiarity with inventory management
- Strong communication skills — comfortable working directly with vendors, warehouse staff, and sales team
- Sharp attention to detail, especially with numbers and records
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across purchasing, inventory, and reporting
- Experience in toy, plush or licensed consumer goods industries preferred
- Background in a fast-paced retail or wholesale distribution environment preferred
