We are looking for a Logistics Clerk to coordinate and contribute to the organizations daily logistical operations including inventory control, order fulfilment, and distribution.

The annual base salary range is $20.00 - $25.00 hourly. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position.  Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.



How you’ll contribute to deliver distinctive retail solutions

For this role, we’ll look to you to organize and direct warehouse operations to include order fulfilment, transportation coordination, freight movement, and receipt processing.  You will conduct various function in the warehouse such as manage domestic and international orders, arrange the stocking of materials and equipment to meet the organization’s needs, plan and track shipments, assess order and shipping statuses, arrange same-day deliveries, and file insurance and carrier claims related to shipping activities.  You will analyze and recommend the best route/carrier based on cost, transit time, and quality of service to meet customer deadlines while also ensuring that the carriers are meeting and exceeding agreed upon KPI’s.  You will be a key member that will suggest and develop processes to improve efficiency and organization and provide support for complaint investigation and resolution.  You will be responsible for working closely with the customer service and sales teams to provide updates as well as providing accurate reports to upper management.  You will be responsible for additional duties which may include order administration and staff support.



We need you to have experience in customer service and logistics management.  You must be knowledgeable of laws, regulations, ISO requirements, general order processing, ASN and UCC requirements, Routing and Bill of Lading requirements, and transportation documents such as packing lists, BOL’s, AWB’s, etc.  Experience with domestic air freight, small parcel, and LTL/FTL shipping is also required.  You must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook and with a strong technical aptitude and working knowledge of logistics software systems(ERP systems).  We are looking for someone that can work with minimal supervision and can multitask and juggle multiple projects and competing priorities while keeping with tight deadlines and maintaining quality.  You must possess strong organizational and coordination abilities and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
