We are currently seeking a National Sales Manager for our Global Eyewear division sales team. This position includes handling key accounts, new account sales and hiring/managing service and sales staff. You will have a strong sales management and marketing background. Travel will be required to all trade shows, and client visits. Applicants will need to  have retail and industry experience, theme park and grocery background a plus.

You will:

Represent business in a professional manner in accordance with the goals and objectives defined by SRP Companies leadership team.

Lead and direct sales via exceptional modeling, problem solving and communication strategies

Work in alignment with and in agreement with growth plans and philosophy of leadership

Identify problems enthusiastically and intervene appropriately with regard to customer satisfaction issues and customer retention

Collaborate and communicate with leadership team

Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

Passionately represent SRP Companies vision, values and goals

Be proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
