New Account Coordinator

  • Supports the execution of store installations and closings by assisting with project scheduling, task coordination, and communication.
  • Responsible for updating and maintaining accurate store information in Oracle and UMP systems, ensuring data integrity across all platforms.
  • Performing minor routing tasks, tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery of materials, and monitoring installation progress to proactively address any issues that may arise.
  • Helps keep projects on schedule and supports smooth store transitions from start to finish.
  • Minimum three years of scheduling experience. Experience with routing is a plus. 
  • Minimum of three years of experience using Microsoft Excel with basic to intermediate proficiency. 
  • Ability to work 8AM – 5PM, M-F onsite 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Ability to handle multiple multiple projects. 
  • Outgoing with the ability to positively interact with others and work as a collaborative team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
