New Account Coordinator
SAPULPA, OK 74066
- Supports the execution of store installations and closings by assisting with project scheduling, task coordination, and communication.
- Responsible for updating and maintaining accurate store information in Oracle and UMP systems, ensuring data integrity across all platforms.
- Performing minor routing tasks, tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery of materials, and monitoring installation progress to proactively address any issues that may arise.
- Helps keep projects on schedule and supports smooth store transitions from start to finish.
- Minimum three years of scheduling experience. Experience with routing is a plus.
- Minimum of three years of experience using Microsoft Excel with basic to intermediate proficiency.
- Ability to work 8AM – 5PM, M-F onsite
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple multiple projects.
- Outgoing with the ability to positively interact with others and work as a collaborative team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
