We are looking for an Operations Project Lead to support our leadership in the Distribution Centers to drive the strategy execution through designing new business models

The annual gross base salary range is $55,000 - $60,000. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
How you’ll contribute to deliver distinctive retail solutions
For this role, we’ll look to you to plan and manage small to large operational projects. You will build relationships of trust across functions and organizations; collaborate effectively across teams to define goals and commitment to timelines and deliverables. This means you will track and manage action items with timely turnaround and follow-through, as well as oversee the implementation of newly created and revised Standard Operating Procedures and workflows. Using your collaboration and communication skills, you will partner with team leads to develop creative and practical solutions that improve operational efficiency based on feedback and quantitative/qualitative data and discuss areas of focus and improvements within the Distribution Centers.
We need you to have at least 2+ years prior experience in Business Processes. You will Understand business functions, workflows, and processes. Proficient Microsoft Office knowledge and skills. You will also have strong time management and organizational skills.
