As a Recruiter, you will work on the Strategic Retail Partners’ Talent Acquisition team to…

  • Develop and advertise job postings to attract top notch talent
  • Build a talent pipeline to meet the talent needs of the organization, including outreach to potential active and passive candidates across multiple sources
  • Source, screen, and acquire the right talent for our career openings in a full-cycle capacity
  • Facilitate interviews and interview scheduling, supporting multiple nationwide business units such as field operations and distribution centers
  • Manage a best-in-class candidate experience while maintaining exceptional levels of service to hiring teams
  • Utilize market insight and knowledge of the talent market to influence leaders to hire the right talent to fulfill our business goals and objectives
  • Assist in building the talent acquisition function, including implementing an applicant tracking system (ATS) and developing our employer brand

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 4 years of work experience with full-cycle recruitment in a high-volume environment
  • Proven success simultaneously managing candidate searches, high-requisition loads, and positive customer relationships
  • Previous experience staffing hourly positions
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of employment law, diversity recruiting strategies, and interview techniques
  • Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles
  • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Tech savvy (HRIS/ATS, Outlook, Excel, and Zoom)

The annual gross base salary range is $60,000 -$70,000. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies.
