Regional Sale Manager - Brunswick, GA
Strategic retail Partners is seeking a driven, customer-focused Regional Sales Manager in Brunswick, GA to lead both strategic account management and support frontline field sales execution. This role bridges high-level customer engagement with day-to-day leadership of a regional sales team (~10 Field Sales representatives). The Regional Sales Manager will own growth objectives across assigned key accounts, drive new business development, and ensure excellence in retail execution and customer satisfaction.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Key Account Management
• Serve as the primary commercial contact for assigned regional key accounts.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers through regular meetings, performance reviews, and solution-oriented support.
• Develop and execute annual business plans for each key account, including sales targets, promotional programs, and product expansion.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Category Management, Operations, and Marketing to deliver tailored programs that drive revenue and profitability.
• Analyze sales data and account trends to identify growth opportunities and implement corrective actions as needed.
Field Sales Leadership
• In partnership with the Area Sales Manager, lead, coach, and develop a team of ~10 Field Sales Representatives responsible for retail execution and account servicing across multiple states.
• Oversee onboarding, training, performance management, and career development of team members.
• Establish clear sales goals, KPIs, and accountability metrics to ensure territory coverage, compliance, and sales growth.
• Conduct frequent field visits and ride-alongs to evaluate performance, provide coaching, and strengthen customer relationships.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within the sales team.
Business Development
• Identify and secure new business opportunities within assigned markets.
• Leverage local market knowledge and competitive insights to expand SRP’s retail footprint.
• Close business to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual growth objectives.
• Support contract negotiations with customers.

Sales commissions are excellent with an earning potential of $100,000+. The gross base salary is $70,000 - $80,000 + performance-based sales commission (target 30% of base). Actual pay may vary and is based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
Qualifications
• Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in retail, consumer goods, or distribution, with 3+ years in a leadership capacity.
• Proven ability to manage key customer accounts and drive profitable sales growth.
• Demonstrated success leading and developing field-based sales teams in multi-state territories.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to connect sales metrics to financial outcomes.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
• Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management abilities; comfortable working independently.
• Ability to travel 50%+ (including overnights).
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in the convenience store, wholesale distribution, or retail merchandising industries.
• Knowledge of regional markets within the Southeast.
• 3Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
