Route Efficiency Clerk
Role Overview:
The Route Efficiency Clerk provides operational support to Route Service Representatives in the field, helping ensure routes run efficiently and issues are resolved quickly. This role manages a high volume of communication via email and calls with customers, employees, and management. The position is responsible for updating and distributing Excel reports related to routing activities. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, onsite in Sapulpa, OK, with the ability to work one Saturday per month and receive a day off during the week.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Interface and assist Route Sales Representatives that are in the field.
- Manage a high volume of calls and emails with customers, employees, and management - approximately 800+ calls and 800+ emails per month.
- Build and distribute Excel reports on roll over accounts, route completion, late starts, temporary routes, and add/remove stores from live routes.

The gross hourly rate is $16.00.
- Previous customer service or call center experience
- Experience using Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work 9AM – 5:30PM, M-F, onsite in Sapulpa, OK
- Ability to work one Saturday per month with a day off during the week
- Outgoing with the ability to positively interact with others
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a collaborative team
- High school diploma or equivalent
