The annual gross base salary range is $75,000 - $95,000. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
How you’ll contribute to deliver distinctive retail solutions
For this role, we’ll look to you to diagnose hardware, software, printing, and network connectivity issues including LAN, WAN, WLAN, Phone, O365, other Microsoft applications and VPN access, offering a variety of level 1 and level 2 solutions. You will work closely with end users to resolve current and ongoing issues both internal and external. This means you will Communicate via phone, email, video with customers and teammates. Using your collaboration and communication skills, you will train end user on the use and basic maintenance of their IT Assets and Assist other technicians, sales staff and administrative staff as needed. In this role, you will also be monitoring system performance, IT system operations and storage utilization, and manage and maintain network and software patching, system upgrades, firmware upgrades, backups, disaster recovery, business continuity, etc.
We need you to have at least 4 years of experience in Windows System administration in an enterprise environment. You will need excellent oral and written communication skills with solid working knowledge in current industry technologies including Active Directory, networking topologies, hardware, software, and business continuity. You will have experience with Microsoft Windows, Office 365, Linux and various variants (Knopix, Oracle Linux R12, etc.), VMWare, and Citrix, Backups, Disaster Recovery, and Business Continuity. Warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus!
