Platinum Level Service
In this fast-paced role, we'll look to you to source, screen, and acquire the right talent for our career openings in a full-cycle capacity. You will be an expert in behavioral-based interviewing techniques, supporting a variety of our business areas such as supply chain, finance and accounting, information technology, field operations, and human resources. You'll use your relationship building skills to manage a best-in-class candidate experience while maintaining exceptional levels of service to the hiring managers. A delivery-focused mentality combined with the knowledge of standard and unique sourcing methods will be crucial to your success. You will use your market insight and knowledge of the talent market to influence leaders to hire the right talent to fulfill our business goals and objectives.
We need you to have a minimum of 4 years of work experience with full-cycle recruitment, and proven success simultaneously managing candidate searches, high-requisition loads, and positive customer relationships.

The annual gross base salary range is $55,000 -$ 75,000 on an annual basis. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies.
